Growth is in the air this spring around the Credence Innovations office. We’re ahead of our overall expansion goals for 2020, and we’re excited to announce that we’re also adding to our team! Top-notch training, hands-on experience, and a network of supportive and passionate professionals are just a few of the benefits we offer.
Goal setting is one of the focal points of our Credence Innovations training system. We want our newest brand managers to get used to devising and achieving ambitious objectives from their first days with us. As our incoming team members achieve their initial growth goals, we help them set higher benchmarks to encourage everyday improvement.
Writing down our targets is one strategy we’ve found especially effective. Committing goals to paper prompts us to really think about why they’re important to us, and how we can get started. It’s also easier to stay motivated when we have our aspirations in writing. Whenever we need a jolt of inspiration, we can revisit our written goals and revise them if necessary.
Having firm deadlines attached to our objectives also helps us achieve them. It’s easier to organize our efforts when there’s an endpoint in mind. We can break down larger goals according to the timelines we create as well. This allows us to celebrate small milestones along the path to long-term success.
