Team Credence Innovations is excited about philanthropy. In our business, we believe it’s vital for us to get involved in our community, not only because it’s the right thing to do but because the success of our company depends a great deal on the relationships we build with business leaders and consumers in our area.

As a team, we have four different causes we always support, especially in the last part of the year. These are mental health, the Humane Society, food banks, and domestic violence shelters. We also give to a family in need every Christmas.

Credence Innovations branches out and supports other great causes as well. For example, our most recent event involved the Salvation Army. Previously, we have also done a 25-day holiday challenge, where each day the person who wins can choose a prize or donate to a charity of his or her choice.

When we partner with nonprofits, we are living out several of our company values. For example, leadership is important to us, but not just in the office. We act as community leaders as well, setting an example for social responsibility that other small firms in the area can follow.
